With the start of the new year, our school garden is ready for another season of learning, discovery, and growth! From preschool through Grade 12, all our students take part in classes, workshops, and garden initiatives that teach life-long skills and foster sustainable habits.
In the garden, students of every age explore healthy eating, connect with nature, and learn responsibility through hands-on experiences – from planting seeds to harvesting fresh produce. Our outdoor education activities also promote teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving, helping students develop skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
By engaging the whole school in these initiatives, we’re not just growing plants – we’re growing a community. Together, we make our school a healthier, happier, and more sustainable place for everyone.

Com o início do novo ano, o nosso jardim escolar está pronto para mais uma temporada de aprendizagem, descoberta e crescimento! Desde o pré-escolar até ao 12.º ano, todos os nossos alunos participam em aulas, workshops e iniciativas no jardim que ensinam competências para a vida e promovem hábitos sustentáveis.
No jardim, os alunos de todas as idades exploram a alimentação saudável, conectam-se com a natureza e aprendem a responsabilidade através de experiências práticas – desde semear até à colheita de produtos frescos. As atividades de educação ao ar livre promovem também o trabalho em equipa, a criatividade e a resolução de problemas, ajudando os alunos a desenvolver competências que vão muito além da sala de aula.
Ao envolver toda a escola nestas iniciativas, não estamos apenas a cultivar plantas – estamos a cultivar uma comunidade. Juntos, tornamos a nossa escola num lugar mais saudável, mais feliz e mais sustentável para todos.
