The Garden as a Classroom | A Horta como Sala de Aula

Recently, the PLNM (Portuguese as a Non-Native Language) class took place in the school garden. The students explored the garden looking for insects and small living creatures while enjoying the beautiful weather.

This activity helped them learn new vocabulary in Portuguese by saying and writing the names of the insects they found. Afterwards, the students drew the insects and shared their discoveries with the class.

It was a fun and creative way to practice Portuguese while learning more about nature.

Recentemente, a aula de PLNM (Português Língua Não Materna) decorreu na horta da escola. Os alunos exploraram a horta à procura de insetos e pequenos seres vivos, aproveitando também o bom tempo.

Esta atividade ajudou-os a aprender novo vocabulário em português, dizendo e escrevendo os nomes dos insetos que encontraram. Depois, os alunos desenharam os insetos e partilharam as suas descobertas com a turma.

Foi uma forma divertida e criativa de praticar português enquanto aprendiam mais sobre a natureza.
