BUG HUNTERS IN ACTION! | CAÇA AOS INSETOS!

As part of their summer school adventures, the 2nd grade Yellow Group went on a nature walk to observe insects in the forest. Working in small teams, students searched for a wide variety of bugs, described their features, and sketched them in their notebooks. This activity encouraged curiosity, teamwork, and close observation skills, while helping children appreciate the diversity of nature. With magnifying glasses in hand and eyes wide open, the young explorers made exciting discoveries, from beetles to butterflies. Learning outdoors gave them a fresh perspective and a deeper connection to the natural world. The forest became their classroom — and the insects, their teachers!

No âmbito das atividades de summer school, o grupo amarelo do 2.º ano foi até à floresta para observar insetos. Em equipas, os alunos procuraram diferentes tipos de insetos, descreveram as suas características e fizeram desenhos detalhados. Esta atividade promoveu a curiosidade, o trabalho em equipa e a atenção aos pormenores, ao mesmo tempo que incentivou o respeito e a valorização da natureza. Com lupas nas mãos e olhos atentos, os pequenos exploradores fizeram descobertas incríveis — de escaravelhos a borboletas. A aprendizagem ao ar livre deu-lhes uma nova perspetiva e aproximou-os do mundo natural. A floresta transformou-se numa sala de aula viva — e os insetos foram os seus professores!
