About this space
This space is for colleagues, by colleagues — it’s not from the management, it’s from the team, for the team. It’s about valuing what we are together, recognizing the effort, care, and presence. If you’d like to thank a colleague, this is the place. It will be published in the next newsletter.
Shout out
“A huge shout out to Claudia Meireles for her endless energy and dedication throughout the entire Erasmus programme, and especially for making sure our German students had the most incredible experience these past few days. None of it would have been possible without you!” (From V. Barbieri)
“A big thank you to Ana Rocha for taking a group of students to Coimbra university to present their work to a class of undergraduate students. This was a great example of project-based learning, with an enriching real-world connection for our students. Well done to the students for being brave enough to take on this challenge, and to Ana for having faith in their abilities and for making this wonderful idea a reality.” (From Liz Nash)
“A big thank you to David Santiago, Mariana Menino, Rita Cabral, Tomás Barreto, Leonardo Montinho, Catarina Fonseca, and Natássia Hott for giving up their lunch time to support library lunchtime activities inspired by Book Week, helping students develop questioning, deduction, and problem‑solving skills.” (From Frederico Soares)
“A huge thank you to Kate Tingley, Liz Nash, Laura Cercas and Joana Xardoné for all the support with the DofE programme! It’s only with your support that a programme like this is possible!” (From Diogo Santos)
