Before the break, Middle and Secondary students held in-person Student-Led Conferences with their parents and teachers.

These 15-minute meetings provided students with a unique opportunity to lead the conversation, showcasing their learning journey since the 3-Way Conferences. Students reflected on their progress and discussed their next steps in three key areas: Academic Learning, Engagement, and Personal Development.

By taking the lead in these conferences, students developed confidence, ownership of their learning, and the ability to communicate their achievements and goals effectively. Parents and teachers alike valued the insights gained from these meaningful conversations, reinforcing the partnership between home and school in supporting each student’s growth.

Estas reuniões de 15 minutos proporcionaram aos alunos uma oportunidade única de conduzir a conversa, mostrando a sua trajetória de aprendizagem desde as 3-Way Conferences. Os alunos refletiram sobre o seu progresso e discutiram os próximos passos em três áreas principais: Aprendizagem Académica, Envolvimento e Desenvolvimento Pessoal.

Ao assumirem a liderança nestas conferências, os alunos desenvolveram confiança, sentido de responsabilidade pela sua aprendizagem e a capacidade de comunicar eficazmente as suas conquistas e objetivos. Pais e professores valorizaram igualmente os insights obtidos nestas conversas significativas, reforçando a parceria entre família e escola no apoio ao crescimento de cada aluno.
