Learning About Food Through Music | Aprender sobre a Comida através da Música

As part of the unit on food, secondary students analysed the lyrics of the song “Come e Bebe” by the Portuguese artist Capicua.

During the activity, the song was played a second time with an interactive approach. Each group received cards featuring the words and images from the lyrics. Every time Capicua sang a word, students had to raise the corresponding card, matching the word with its image.

This activity helped reinforce vocabulary, improve listening skills, and make learning about food both engaging and memorable.

No âmbito da unidade sobre a comida, alunos do secundário analisaram a letra da música “Come e Bebe” da artista portuguesa Capicua.

Durante a atividade, a música foi ouvida uma segunda vez com uma abordagem interativa. Cada grupo recebeu cartões com palavras e imagens da letra. Sempre que Capicua cantava uma palavra, os alunos tinham de levantar o cartão correspondente, associando a palavra à imagem.

Esta atividade contribuiu para reforçar o vocabulário, melhorar a compreensão auditiva e tornar a aprendizagem sobre a comida envolvente e memorável.
