Yesterday, our school held its first-ever 3-Way Conferences — a new and engaging approach that placed students at the center of their learning conversations.

Unlike traditional parent-teacher meetings, these conferences invited students to take the lead, guiding parents and teachers through their learning journey, achievements, and goals. This shift encouraged students to reflect on their progress, celebrate their strengths, and identify areas for growth — fostering confidence, ownership, and meaningful dialogue.

Throughout the day, classrooms were filled with open and thoughtful discussions. Parents gained a deeper understanding of their children’s learning, while teachers witnessed the power of reflection as students took responsibility for their progress.

Ao contrário das tradicionais reuniões entre pais e professores, as 3-Way Conferences convidaram os alunos a liderar o encontro, partilhando com pais e professores o seu percurso, as conquistas alcançadas e os objetivos para o futuro.
